Hormones, ejaculation and sex

One of the most horrifying trends of modern people is the decreasing age for andropause. Andropause is the male analog of the female menopause that usually affects modern men between the ages of 40 and 55. 100 years ago andropause did not begin until the 50s, but the modern life has turned andropause into a man triggered condition. The drop in the volume of testosterone produced by the body is no longer a natural process, but can begin in the early 40s by the constant presence of a wide range of chemicals. These chemicals act as synthetic estrogen in the male body and induce certain changes at the physical and psychological levels.
The symptoms of the andropause are: prostate problems, depression, erectile dysfunction, decreased sex drive and low ejaculation volume, weight problems, diabetes, acne problems, bone loss, fatigue, anxiety, low absorption of Zinc, increased chance of heart attacks and water retention. The xenoestrogens (these are similar to estrogen, but they are not produced within the body) are interfering into the natural hormonal balance and lead to the andropause. These xenoestrogens are the result of our constant interaction with different products:
Pesticides
Herbicides
Plasic wrappings
Plastic drinking bottles
Meat from animals raised on hormone-rich food
Detergents
Pollution
"The combined use of pesticides in growing the food and soft plastics in transporting and packaging the food raises our exposure to endocrine disrupters", says doctor Lieberman from the Center for Occupational & Environmental Medicine. There are a few things you can do to limit the hormonal imbalance and its symptoms. These steps are: diet changes, lifestyle changes, exercise and a positive attitude on life. Changing the diet doesn't necessarily equal weight loss, although you may want to lose some weight and stay in shape. Smoking, drinking or drugs consumption are likely to worsen the andropause symptoms and should be avoided.
One possible answer to the falling sex drive is the Zinc. Zinc is vital to the healthy functioning of the prostate, testicles, immune system, wound healing and is part of some 300 enzymes. There is a number of all-natural herbal pills that can increase ejaculation volume and overall libido just because they are an excellent source of zinc. If you feel you are no longer eager for sex as you once were, or if the doctor told you that your sperm count is lower than normal, then you should give them a try. A combination of getting rid of unhealthy lifestyle choices, exercising and these semen enhancement pills should be enough to bring back the need for sex and all the pleasure that comes with sexual satisfaction.
